Payment:
Payments are accepted through PayPal at this time.
Procedure:
Photo invitation:: Photo must be high resolution for proper print quality. Please check before sending. We are not responsible for photos of poor quality or low resolution. If the photo you are using for the invitation or card is a copyrighted image, please ensure you have permission to use the image as you wish.
Proof & Shipping:
After you place your order, providing we have all details, please allow 7 to 10 days for completion. A proof will be sent to your email address provided within 2-3 business days for an accuracy check. When you receive the proof, you can let us know what changes you would like made or let us know the design is approved and we can go ahead with printing. Turnaround is usally two days from proof approval to shipping. You Must Approve A Final Proof Before We Can Start Printing!!!
Please be sure to provide an accurate shipping address. We ship orders within the United States via USPS or unless other arrangements are made. If your package is needed by a certain date, we ask that you contact us before placing your order, at which point we may recommend that you upgrade your postage in order to ensure your package arrives in time. For time-sensitive orders that are needed within two weeks, we typically recommend Priority Shipping to guarantee their arrival in time. While we will do everything within our power to meet your timing, simply noting your event date does not necessarily guarantee arrival by that date.
Please double-check your shipping address during the check-out process. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for old or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We are also not responsible for items that arrive after the date of your event if you decide against upgrading your shipping, or place an order without informing us of your event date.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our product, we do not accept returns in most cases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do what we can to make you happy again!
Damages: We package our products to minimize any damage occurring, however, sometimes unforeseen damages do occur. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately.
